  • Can I change my Check In or Check Out times?

    Yes, please let us know at the time of booking and if we can accommodate we will.


    Standard Book Direct Check-In time is 3pm

    Standard Book Direct Check-Out time 11am


    Our deep clean takes around 4 hours to complete (all being well) so bear this in mind.


    Early Check-In from 1pm will be charged at £30 and before 1pm we will have to charge the nightly rate as we won't be able to accommodate a booking the night before.


    Late Check-Out upto 1pm will be charged at £30, (after this time we can reserve the right to remove your belongings, if you have not agreed beforehand a later check-out). 


    Anytime after 2pm we will have to charge the nightly rate as we won't be able to accommodate a booking that night.

  • Is There Car Parking?

    There is free parking for 1 car in a private spot a few yards from the house. If you long term parking for another car please get in touch.


    If you require short term parking for another car we can offer parking passes at £5 a full day or £2 for 2 hrs.


    Please Note: We do not allow electric vehicle charging for insurance and safety reasons. Please plan your needs in advance - we can give you local charging facility information in advance.

  • What's the bedroom layout?

    2 bedrooms: 1 king-size bed + 1 double bed (sleeps up to 4 adults)


    Beds do not convert to singles.


    Main bedroom has additional workspace and both bedrooms have good natural light for remote working.

  • Do you have facilities for video calls and small team meetings?

    High-speed WiFi throughout, quiet workspace, seating for upto 4 people and excellent mobile signal. Screen mirroring available via Smart TV if needed. We can also suply printing and scanning facilities in house.

  • What extra house Business Amenities can you offer?

    For a small fee we can provide:
