If your dates need to move
Paula can amend a direct booking free of charge at least 30 days before check-in, when new dates are available. Between 30 and 14 days before check-in a £50 amendment fee applies. Inside 14 days dates can no longer be moved, so a booking that cannot go ahead is treated as a cancellation, which is non-refundable at that stage. Once dates are changed, the 30-day full-refund window no longer applies — the amended booking starts at the 50% refund stage and becomes non-refundable 14 days before check-in.
Staying for longer
Direct-booking leisure savings are 5% for 7 to 13 nights, 10% for 14 to 29 and 15% for 30 or more, applied by the booking system to your dates. Company, NHS and placement stays have their own rate, agreed with Paula directly. Separately, for eligible direct stays booked at least 30 days ahead, Paula may be able to arrange three interest-free payments. The live total is confirmed for your individual stay.
Explore longer staysA no-show, voluntary early departure or reduction after arrival remains chargeable at the booked cost. Late checkout may carry a fee and, after 2pm, the following night may be charged. If cancelled dates are later rebooked by another guest, Paula may offer a partial refund at her discretion. The secure checkout and booking confirmation govern the reservation.

Can I change a direct booking?
Paula can amend dates free of charge at least 30 days before check-in when the new dates are available. A £50 amendment fee applies between 30 and 14 days before check-in, dates cannot be moved inside 14 days, and an amended booking is no longer eligible for the 30-day full refund.
What happens if I do not arrive or leave early?
