Where do I check availability and prices?

Check availability opens the secure booking system. It shows live dates, the total price and the minimum stay (2 or 3 nights, depending on the season).

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes. Booked direct, cancel 30 days or more before check-in for a full refund, or 14 to 29 days before for 50% back. Moving dates is free 30 days or more ahead, if the new dates are free. The sooner Paula hears, the more options there are.

Can check-in or check-out times change?

Often, yes, at no charge, when Paula agrees it first. Booked direct, you're in from 3pm and out by 11am. An earlier arrival or later departure needs Paula's yes before you plan travel around it.

What should I ask about accessibility?

Paula can answer the one measurement, route or sensory detail that decides your stay. There is a step at the front door, and both bedrooms and the only bathroom are up one flight of stairs, so the house will not suit every access need.
