  • How do I Change or Cancel my Booking?

    We have a flexible booking and cancellation policy. 


    • Booking dates can be rearranged free of charge up to 30 days before check-in.

    • Bookings are fully refundable upto 30 days before check-in. 

    • We also offer a Book Now Pay Later if this is required (please enquire)

  • Can I change my Check In or Check Out times?

    Yes, please let us know at the time of booking and if we can accommodate we will.


    Standard Book Direct Check-In time is 3pm

    Standard Book Direct Check-Out time 11am


    Our deep clean takes around 4 hours to complete (all being well) so bear this in mind.


    Early Check-In from 1pm will be charged at £30 and before 1pm we will have to charge the nightly rate as we won't be able to accommodate a booking the night before.


    Late Check-Out upto 1pm will be charged at £30, (after this time we can reserve the right to remove your belongings, if you have not agreed beforehand a later check-out). 


    Anytime after 2pm we will have to charge the nightly rate as we won't be able to accommodate a booking that night.

  • What is your Cleaning Policy?

    We offer a deep 'check -in' clean which is  included in your booking cost.


    Our cleaners are trained to our high standards and have a thorough checklist to ensure the cleaning is executed carefully.


    Damages and faults are also noted, recorded & rectified. Cleaner's working hours are 9am to 5pm and the full cleaning process takes between 4-5 hours.


    It is a 3-step process: Clean - Disinfect - Sanitise

  • Do you allow Pets at the property?

    We do not accept pets.


    Please Note: We do welcome registered assistance animals as required by law. We undertake thorough deep cleaning between stays, but cannot guarantee a completely pet-free environment. 


    Guests with severe pet allergies should contact us to discuss whether the property is suitable for their needs.

  • Is There Car or Bike Parking?

    Free parking outside the house overnight ( 9pm until 8am) for cars/vans however a motorbike can park for free outside the house at any time.


    10 minutes free during the day for car/van parking. Ideal for unpacking your car at arrival or packing your car on departure (8am - 9pm is city-centre Zone A).


    Parking Passes

    We have a limited number of guest passes avaialble. £5 for 24hr & £2 for 2hr


    Local CarParks

    20 yards away upto £10 for 24hrs / £5 sundays (e.g. 3 night wkend booking - arrive friday 5pm leave monday 11am is roughly £20)

    Chester Train Station is only a 15 minute walk away and the city centre is on your doorstep

  • Are Towels and Bedding Provided?

    Yes we offer a large fluffy bath towel per guest and additional 2 hand towels in the bathroom.


    We do however have a washer dryer and laundry supplies in the kitchen that guests can use at their convenience.


    Both beds will be made up before arrival with soft cotton mattress toppers, covers and quilt covers, pillow cases and large back rest cushions.

  • Do you have Electric Car charging?

    There is no dedicated electric vehicle charging point at the Property due to the property's location (mid-terrace with no off-street parking), installation of a charging point is not feasible or legal. 


    For safety reasons & house insurance reasons, you are not permitted to use portable domestic chargers (also known as 'granny chargers' or 'trickle chargers') to charge your vehicle from any socket at the Property.


    Please plan your charging needs before arrival. Information regarding the nearest public charging points will be provided in our Guest Welcome Guide.

We are located near the roman gardens.


Travel south round the centre of Chester towards the river dee along the A5268 ring road.


Once you have passed Grosvenor Park and Chester Roman Amphitheatre this is now Pepper Street (A5268).


Turn left into Volunteer St (opposite Piccolino restaurant) then turn right into Albion St.


Steele Street is immediately on your left opposite Albion Carpark.

Chester Train Station is a 15mins walk from Enjoy the Pause so why not leave the car at home.
