How long can I stay?
The discount starts at seven nights and there is no upper limit on it. For a very long stay, or a stay you may need to extend, talk to Paula about the dates.
Are the discounts automatic?
Yes, for a leisure booking. Book direct and the booking system applies the discount to your dates, with no code to enter. A company, NHS or placement stay has its own rate, agreed with Paula directly.
Can you provide a company invoice?
Yes, an itemised invoice paid by card through Stripe. PauseUK Ltd is not VAT registered, so it is not a VAT invoice. Tell Paula what your finance team needs before you book.
Is the house cleaned during a longer stay?
Not as standard. The changeover clean is included, and a mid-stay clean or a bedding and towel change can be booked as an extra. The house has a washer-dryer and laundry supplies to use throughout.
What happens if a project timeline changes?
Tell Paula as soon as plans move. Extending or amending depends on availability and the terms attached to your booking, and a direct conversation makes the options clearer than a booking platform will.
What is the bedroom layout?
Two separate bedrooms: one king-size bed and one double bed. They do not convert into twins. The house sleeps up to four.
Is the house suitable for video calls?
There is Wi-Fi, a desk and separate rooms, and the street is a quiet dead end. If a particular speed or meeting setup is essential, confirm it with Paula for your dates.
